I understand that I have 72 hours from today to cancel this agreement and have 100% of my deposit refunded. From 72 hours until 90 days prior to the training, I understand that there is a $1,000 PER EVENT (in excess of $2,500) non-refundable cancellation fee to be held on retainer. I agree that this is a reasonable fee, necessary for covering the expenses that Real Education For Life incurs in order to make the training a valuable learning experience for me. Further, I understand that prior to attending this training I may have telephone access to trainers who are available to assist me, in the event that I need such assistance, in preparation for this training. I acknowledge and understand that the non-refundable cancellation fee may only be applied to a future training with Real Education For Life, valid for two (2) years from the date of this enrollment agreement. From 90 days until 30 days prior to the training, only transfers are allowed. Within 30 days of this training, no transfers or refunds are allowed, but you may reschedule dates if necessary.
